You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

"User Content" includes content you submit or upload through the Service, such as your name, username, email, plant photos, species details, watering schedules, care notes, and support messages.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Senpo Team a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service and related support.
If the Service allows you to export or share plant cards or other content, you are responsible for what you share and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. Shared content may become public depending on the platform you use.
The Service does not perform face recognition and does not use photos to identify you. We do not create or store biometric templates.
Some features may process photos to generate an output (for example, a custom-designed plant card). If you choose to use such features:

The Service may send reminders and notifications based on your plant profiles and preferences. You can control notifications through your device settings and, where available, in-app controls.
Reminders are informational and may not be accurate for every plant or environment. You are responsible for confirming care requirements, especially for sensitive or valuable plants.

The Service may allow you to share content to third-party platforms (for example, social media). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those third parties.
The Service (including the app, branding, design elements, and software) is owned by Senpo Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senpo Team disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senpo Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senpo Team's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Senpo Team for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Senpo Team's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local laws apply.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access.
The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator and will be final and binding. Each party will have a fair opportunity to present its case. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court could award, consistent with applicable law.
If applicable law in your jurisdiction does not permit binding arbitration for certain disputes, then those disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the remainder of this section will still apply.
